Get ready for an action-packed robotics experience where creativity meets strategy!

This live, virtual interactive session will be delivered in an introductory format. No prior robotics experience required.

This hands-on experience encourages creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking, all while having a blast in a dynamic competition setting. Perfect for students who love building, strategy, gaming, or engineering-style challenges.

In this high-energy summer session, students will step into the role of engineers and innovators as they design and develop their own competitive robots in a simulated arena environment. From concept to competition, students will explore mechanical design, problem-solving, and strategic thinking while preparing their bots for head-to-head challenges.

Participants will:
Design custom robot concepts
Explore core robotics and engineering principles
Test and refine their designs through simulated challenges
Compete in exciting structured match-ups

What to Bring:

Laptop and or desktop computer running Windows or Mac OS. We highly recommend Google Chrome for the web browser. MYTEK LAB Parent Account and Student Account. Zoom video conferencing software.

Your instructor, Stephen Souders—also known as Mr. MYTEK—has been immersed in the field of information technology since the age of 15 when he began working for an ISP while still in high school. Stephen holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida Gulf Coast University and a master's degree in Computer Information Systems from Kennesaw State University. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in web development, managed an Information Technology department, and taught classes at Georgia Highlands College for more than six years. In 2015, Stephen and his wife, Jacky, founded MYTEK LAB, where they have been providing technology education to students of all ages ever since.
