Year-Long Accredited Course | Flexible Online Learning
MYTEK LAB is Fully Accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
Course Overview
Computer Technology is a comprehensive, year-long introductory course specifically designed for students in grades 3–5. Through creative, hands-on learning, this course introduces young learners to the world of technology while building strong foundations in digital literacy, problem-solving, and computational thinking in an age-appropriate way.
Students gain confidence using digital tools as they create games, animations, 3D models, and virtual environments. Guided lessons and interactive projects introduce basic programming concepts, game design, virtual reality, and robotics simulation, allowing students to gradually build skills while having fun exploring how technology works.
By the end of the course, students will have created a wide variety of digital projects and developed essential technology skills that prepare them for more advanced courses in information technology, programming, and computer science.
