Ingredients:
- 1 1/4c Milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 TBSP melted butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg
- 1/4c Honey
- 4c All Purpose Self Rise Flour
- 1 packet of Yeast
Instructions:
- Boil milk. Let cool to room temperature.
- Mix milk yeast and honey till well combined.
- In large bowl mix milk mixture, 3 TBSP of the butter, the room temp egg, and 2c of flour. Mix until smooth. gradually add the remaining 2c of flour.
- Add salt. Knead for 8 minutes.
- Drop dough on floured surface and knead more.
- Spray a large bowl with cooking spray. Drop dough inside. Let rise for an hour in a warm place.
- Roll dough flat until it is an half an inch thick.
- Cut into 24 squares.
- Preheat oven to 350 F and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
- Melt remaining butter and brush on top.
